At last ! After an entire week of intense work changing the website here comes NM3

We still have some details left to be polisehd but we decided to open the website. There are things that will be changed or improved shortly. Of course we're open to suggestions and feel free to post your "first impressions" here!

The main changes on the site are:

• New compositions now are posted from "Create content" and filling a form. You can upload or suggest also compositions that are not yours (respecting the rules of course -only legal sources- and proper credit. Of course you can share your compositions which is the main purpose of it. The old thread in the forums will be translated shortly along with the comments into the new system
• User points for rating the user and members, so we compensate the most faithful members. Donors, active posters, reviewers, editors will increase their points and will have certain privi
• Improved front page so you can be up to date with the latest events, interviews and features.
• Birthdays... so we can't miss to congratulate a "numunite" member
• search engine on google and within the web so you can look easily for any artist, article, thread or content within the website

There is a new forum in NM. Thanks to David (Gnomusy), for giving the idea. We have a space to put your videos..... The purpose is to put your videos so people can see you playing live. It is not for external video links... just for NM composers videos.

Still we don't have the old comments of the pictures... But we mantain the database so maybe one day they will be added to the new ones.

We have just reborn with a more ambitious design Nuevas músicas 2.0 has been relaunched with the idea to grow the community out of the boundaries of the already exsiting messageboards, so now the users can participate uploading articles, interviews, adding images to the gallery, uploading samples of their compositions and interacting with musicians and listeners as we've done so far. This new site will handle contents in english and in spanish and we intend to make it a little bit more "international", so voluntary translators of the already existing articles in spanish are welcome. We also will make "official reviews" of the albums submitted. During the next couple of days we will post instructions about how to work in the new site, and we'll be migraring contents and profiles from the old system to the new one. We are hosted now in a new server and right now on beta-testing and comments and suggestions are welcomed.
