For Musicians and Record Labels Musicians and Record Labels are afforded the opportunity to distribute and promote their music via the Music Buggy service. Musicians and Record Labels agree to make all uploaded tracks available for use within podcast shows under the following conditions:
a) Musicians and Record Labels agree that uploaded tracks must be the property of the individual or musical group submitting the music.Any failure to comply with these terms will be investigated and if found to be true will result in immediate account termination.
Musicians and Record Labels may upload and have three active tracks at any given time on the Music Buggy site. Musicians and Record Labels may remove songs from the site at any time by deleting the post that contains the songs.
